Now that the bids are in and have been officially calculated...
MLB Construction, of Malta, NY, has been selected as General Contractor; Collett Mechanical, of Latham, NY, for HVAC work; Alltek Energy Systems, of of Waterford, NY for Plumbing work; Gross Electric, of Queensbury, for Electrical work; and Davis-Ulmer Sprinkler Company, of Latham, NY for Fire Protection Work.
There has also been another advertisement for bids for Communications and Audio/Video. It will be in the Saratogian on the 20th and 21st, the Gazette on the 21st and 22nd and the Times Union on the 22nd and 23rd.
On another note... during construction the City Center Offices will be moving across the street to 517 Broadway, suite 206.

As demolition and construction moves forward the entry to the building will change.

Parking Updates
The City Center has a small section of it's lot reserved for event use. It is located at the end of our lot, close to the Olde Bryan Inn. Please contact your event organizer for information.
